### Standard Terms and Conditions for E-Commerce (Internet Cyber Mall)

**Article 1 (Purpose)**  

These terms and conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the cyber mall and users regarding the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by the Global Alpha Media Co., Ltd company (e-commerce business operator) operating the Global Alpha Media Co., Ltd cyber mall (hereinafter referred to as "mall").


  ※ These terms and conditions also apply to e-commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc., as long as they do not contradict the nature of such transactions.


**Article 2 (Definitions)**


  1. "Mall" refers to the virtual business establishment set up by Global Alpha Media Co., Ltd company to allow transactions of goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") using information and communication equipment such as computers, and it is also used to mean the business operator running the cyber mall.

  2. "User" refers to both members and non-members who receive services provided by the "mall" by accessing it.

  3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the "mall" and can continuously use the services provided by the "mall".

  4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "mall" without registering as a member.


**Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Revision of Terms, etc.)**


  1. The "mall" posts the content of these terms and conditions, the company name, the name of the representative, the address of the business office (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business registration number, e-commerce permit number, and personal information manager on the initial service screen (front page) of the Global Alpha Media Co., Ltd cyber mall for easy access by users. The content of the terms and conditions can be viewed through a linked screen.

  2. Before a user agrees to these terms and conditions, the "mall" must provide a separate linked screen or pop-up screen to ensure that the user can understand important contents such as the withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibilities, and refund conditions.

  3. The "mall" may revise these terms and conditions within the scope that does not violate related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act, the Basic Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Basic Consumer Act.

  4. If the "mall" revises the terms and conditions, the application date and the reason for the revision will be specified and the current terms and conditions will be posted on the initial screen of the mall from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date. However, if the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably for users, a notice period of at least 30 days will be given. In this case, the "mall" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision so that users can easily understand.

  5. If the "mall" revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the previous terms and conditions apply to contracts already concluded before the application date. However, if a user who has already signed a contract wishes to apply the revised terms and conditions, the user can notify the "mall" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions according to Paragraph 3, and obtain the consent of the "mall", in which case the revised terms and conditions will apply.

  6. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act, the consumer protection guidelines in electronic commerce determined by the Fair Trade Commission, related laws, or customary practices.


**Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)**


  1. The "mall" performs the following tasks:

    1. Providing information on goods or services and concluding purchase contracts

    2. Delivery of goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded

    3. Other tasks determined by the "mall"

  2. If the "mall" changes the content of the goods or services to be provided due to sold-out items or changes in technical specifications, it must immediately notify the content and provision date of the changed goods or services at the location where the current goods or services are posted.

  3. In the event of a change in the content of the service for which the user has contracted, such as a shortage of goods or changes in technical specifications, the "mall" will notify the user immediately at the address where the user can be contacted.

  4. In this case, the "mall" compensates the user for any damages caused by this. However, if the "mall" proves that there was no intention or negligence, it is not liable.


**Article 5 (Suspension of Services)**


  1. The "mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown, or interruption of information and communication equipment such as computers.

  2. The "mall" compensates users or third parties for damages caused by the temporary suspension of service provision due to the reasons in Paragraph 1. However, if the "mall" proves that there was no intention or negligence, it is not liable.

  3. If services cannot be provided due to business item changes, abandonment of business, or mergers between companies, the "mall" will notify users in the manner specified in Article 8 and compensate consumers under the initial conditions proposed by the "mall". If the "mall" has not notified the compensation standards, the users' mileage or points will be paid to the users in kind or cash equivalent to the currency value used in the "mall".


**Article 6 (Membership Registration)**


  1. Users apply for membership by filling out member information according to the registration form set by the "mall" and expressing their agreement to these terms and conditions.

  2. The "mall" registers users who apply for membership as members unless they fall under any of the following:

    1. If the applicant has previously lost membership under Article 7, Paragraph 3, except in cases where the applicant has obtained the consent of the "mall" for re-registration after three years since the loss of membership.

    2. If there are false, missing, or incorrect entries in the registration content

    3. If registering as a member significantly hinders the technology of the "mall"

  3. The membership contract is established when the "mall"'s acceptance reaches the member.

  4. If there are changes to the registered information during the membership period, the member must notify the "mall" of the changes within a reasonable period through the information modification method.


**Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualifications)**


  1. Members can request to withdraw from the "mall" at any time, and the "mall" will immediately process the withdrawal.

  2. If a member falls under any of the following, the "mall" may restrict or suspend membership:

    1. If false information was registered at the time of application

    2. If the member does not pay for the goods purchased or other debts incurred in connection with the use of the "mall" by the due date

    3. If the member interferes with the use of the "mall" by others or steals their information, thus threatening electronic commerce order

    4. If the member uses the "mall" to conduct illegal activities or activities against public order and morals

  3. If the same act is repeated twice or more after the "mall" restricts or suspends membership, or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the "mall" may lose membership qualifications.

  4. If the "mall" loses membership qualifications, the member's registration is canceled. In this case, the member is notified and given at least 30 days to explain before the cancellation.


**Article 8 (Notification to Members)**


  1. When the "mall" notifies members, it can be done to the email address designated by the member in advance with the "mall".

  2. For notifications to an unspecified number of members, the "mall" can replace individual notifications by posting them on the "mall" bulletin board for at least one week. However, individual notifications are given for matters that have a significant impact on the member's transactions.


**Article 9 (Purchase Application and Consent to Provide Personal Information, etc.)**


  1. Users apply for purchases on the "mall" through the following or similar methods, and the "mall" must provide the following information in an easy-to-understand manner during the purchase application process:

      1. Searching for and selecting goods, etc.

      2. Entering the recipient's name, address, phone number, email address (or mobile phone number), etc.

      3. Confirming the content of the terms and conditions, services with restricted withdrawal rights, and the burden of costs such as shipping and installation fees

      4. Indicating agreement to these terms and conditions and confirming or rejecting the above content (e.g., mouse click)

      5. Applying for purchase of goods, etc. and agreeing to this or receiving confirmation from the "mall"

      6. Selecting the payment method

  2.Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits raised between the 'Mall' and users.
